How It Works

How getting funded with REVEST works

You tell us about your deal, we bring you the funding options that may fit, and the funder you choose completes underwriting and closing. Here is what each step typically looks like.

Steps

  1. Tell us about your deal

Share what you need the funds for, how much, and your timeline. For business funding, that usually means a short application and 3 to 6 months of bank statements. For real estate, it means the property details and purchase or loan information.

Typical timing: Typically 10 to 15 minutes

  2. Review your options

We review your file, match it with funders in our network that fit your profile, and present the options in plain English: amount, cost, term, payments, and tradeoffs. You decide whether to move forward.

Typical timing: Typically 1 to 3 business days for a first review

  3. Underwriting

The funder you choose verifies your information and may request additional documents, an appraisal, or third-party reports. We help coordinate requests so nothing stalls.

Typical timing: Ranges from same day to several weeks depending on product

  4. Get funded

Once approved, you review and sign the funder agreement and funds are disbursed by wire or ACH, or at closing for real estate loans.

Typical timing: Typically 24 hours to 90 days from application, depending on product

Timelines are typical, not guaranteed. All financing is subject to funder review, underwriting, and approval.

FAQ

Process FAQs

How long does the whole process take?

It depends on the product. Revenue-based working capital may fund within a few business days, while SBA and commercial real estate loans typically take 30 to 90 days. Providing complete documents early usually shortens the timeline.

Do I have to accept an offer?

No. Reviewing options does not obligate you to anything. You only commit when you sign a funder agreement.

Who makes the final approval decision?

The funder makes all approval, pricing, and term decisions based on its underwriting. REVEST Commercial Capital is a brokerage and does not make credit decisions.

Is there a cost to get started?

No. REVEST Commercial Capital does not charge upfront broker fees.
