About REVEST
What does REVEST Commercial Capital do?
REVEST Commercial Capital is a commercial funding brokerage. We help business owners and real estate investors across the United States compare financing options from a network of funders, including working capital, SBA loans, equipment financing, DSCR loans, bridge loans, and commercial real estate loans.
Is REVEST a direct lender?
No. REVEST Commercial Capital is not a bank or direct lender. We work with multiple funders and help you understand and compare the options that may fit your situation. All approvals and terms come from the funder.
Who does REVEST work with?
We work with business owners, contractors, real estate investors, and developers who need financing for business purposes. We do not arrange consumer loans or mortgages on primary residences.
How does REVEST get paid?
REVEST Commercial Capital is typically compensated by the funder or through a disclosed fee paid at closing. We do not charge upfront broker fees.
Applying and qualifying
What do I need to apply?
Most business funding requests start with a short application and the last 3 to 6 months of business bank statements. Real estate requests start with the property details, purchase contract or current loan, and rent information. We will tell you what else is needed for your specific request.
Will applying hurt my credit?
An initial review can often begin with a soft credit inquiry, which does not affect your score. Some funders run a hard inquiry during underwriting, and we will tell you before that happens whenever we can.
Can I qualify with less than perfect credit?
Possibly. Some revenue-based business funding and asset-based real estate loans weigh revenue, collateral, and experience more heavily than credit score. Credit still affects the amount and cost, and approval depends on underwriting.
Am I obligated to accept an offer?
No. You can review options and decline any offer. There is no obligation until you sign a funder agreement.
Costs and timing
How fast can I get funded?
It depends on the product. Revenue-based working capital may fund in as little as 24 to 72 hours after approval, while SBA and commercial real estate loans typically take 30 to 90 days. Timelines depend on underwriting and how quickly documents are provided.
Do you charge upfront fees?
No. REVEST Commercial Capital does not charge upfront broker fees. Any compensation is disclosed before you sign and is typically paid at funding.
Can you tell me my rate before I apply?
We can share typical ranges, but actual rates and terms depend on your credit, financials, collateral, and the funder underwriting. We present real offers once a funder has reviewed your file.
